How to use CoachUI for the Inner Critic programme

The CoachUI web app is pretty simple to use for the Inner Critic programme. But here's a quick guide to what to expect.


Email

First - when you use the signup form on the website, I'll add your details to join the next cohort. Whenever I launch that cohort, I'll give you access to the programme.

So - when I've confirmed I've added you to the programme, you'll get an email from support@mail.coachui.io

If you don't see it - check your spam folders.And mark as 'not spam' or 'move to inbox' - so you get the reminders during the programme; future mails are also from this address. Contact me if you don't get this mail at all!

Click on the 'Create my Account' button link in the email and you'll get to the sign-in page where you create your password.

Create a password, click the Continue button.

The next page is Account Settings.

This lets you set how you'll get check-in reminders about the Inner Critic programme.

Set this to your preferences - what time's likely to suit you; every day or few days; whether you prefer email, WhatsApp or both (and your whatsapp phone no).

You can change these preferences any time in the 'settings' area - more info below

Those reminder emails will come from support@mail.coachui.io - again, if you don't see these coming through when you'd expected - check your spam folder and mark this address as not spam so you get them all ok. Mail me if any issues!

This has the programme exercises.

Work through them in the listed order Again, remember, it's best to do this regularly over a long while. So aim for a a couple of exercises every day or two, rather than racing to do one or more entire modules in a day.

Click on your email address on the top right to see settings or sign out

The 'eye' logo on the top right allows you to toggle privacy on and off. Set this to 'off' if you would prefer that I can't see what you write in there. FYI, it's rather tricky for me to see this anyway - each answer is buried a few clicks down for me so I'm unlikely to actually see any of your responses! But if it helps you relax into sharing your thoughts, change the setting.


Settings page

If you want to change the frequency or mode of check-in reminders, or adjust your timezone or change password and other details - use the 'settings' (click on your email in the top right)

The below are much as you set up when you first logged in.

You can also change your timezone - it was set for wherever you located when you first logged in.
There's also an option for 'coach messages' - this is something I use with regular clients, you don't need to set this if you're just doing the programme.
