How the coaching sessions work

Work and life are complicated and often difficult. As a coach, I will help you by:

Asking questions: You are the expert in your problems and will have the best solution for you – I’m not here to tell you the answer based on my experience or expertise.

Working towards your goals: In each session, you’ll set a goal which we’ll explore in detail so you can come up with practical, actionable steps by the end of a session.

Listening: The “me time” element of coaching is one of its greatest benefits. A sympathetic ear and deep enquiry on the areas of your interest, are hard to find – either in work or in general life.
