Challenge: Scaling from 10 to 100+ employees in 10 weeks. Complex change environment - new product with near monthly wholesale pivots driven by founder

What I did: Built systems for effective communications. Setup ‘single source of truth’ documentation for reference. Devised multiple ways to analyse and improve efficiency. Continuously adjusted tools and processes and documentation during pivots. Coached senior managers to help them perform under stress.

Impact: MVP launched on time, teams stayed resilient and efficient through pivots.

Challenge: Post-acquisition issues - new leadership wanted cultural change and agile delivery practices - existing culture was silo'd and had complex slow delivery approach. Existing teams struggling with restructure, pace of change, and lack of psychological safety after redundancies.

What I did: introduced agile practices to begin cross functional collaboration and prioritization, and improve team sense of empowerment. Restructured to agile 'pods', and shifted culture with agile team coaching. Streamlined tools - esp Jira, helping teams focus on simplicity and transparency. Coached senior leads to regain sense of autonomy - and to support agile change.

Impact: Stronger collaboration and communication between teams. Clarity on priorities / effort focus (killed 100 Jira boards and 2000+ tickets). Improved efficiency through focus on ROI - team was able to complete existing work with 50% of previous effort (freeing up half the team to move to innovation for new product)
