Intense 'Discovery' runs over the course of a couple of weeks, including 

• 1:1 interviews with 5-10 staff at all levels

• Survey to gather wider anonymised quantitative data and qualitative feedback

• Review of current tools and process documentation

• Summary presentation report to senior team, outlining findings and recommendations.

• Fresh eyes. After a short while in a company, it's hard to see the problems you were aware of at the start.

• Confidential ear. My being an external consultant and coach helps - a lot. People confide in me, in a way they're unlikely to for internal folks. 

• Expert led. I've done variations this in dozens of companies and and am constantly improving how I do it, keeping pace with AI. I'll do a better job than someone juggling it as one.more.task.
